Arban & Carosi has the capabilities in both our plant and personnel to handle any size project. Our plant was designed by our two founders, Nick Carosi, Sr. and John Arban, Sr. Their vision and foresight, created a facility large enough to handle the growing product and demand while also providing the ergonomics and flexibility to maintain our high standard of quality. Our yard is large enough to receive, finish and store our product for months before erection. This facility, now over forty years old, is still considered one of the finest architectural precast plants in the country.
Our Plant
Our plant has 50,000 square feet of production space made up of two large bays. Each bay has three gantry cranes to strip and move raw materials. The majority of the floor space is filled with molds for production while a portion of the floor space consists of our modeling table where we make every mold custom for each project. (See Our Process for more information.) Adjacent to our main bays are the production support shops consisting of our Carpentry Shop, Stock Room, QC Lab, Batch Plant, and Hardware Shop. The cranes end in an open air bay allowing our poster cranes to move in and transport the product outside.
Our Yard
Our yard is a 30-acre site that surrounds our plant. The panels are received in the Quality Control Bay, and are checked before they are released to finishing. Our finishing bays consist of two separate areas, an Acid Etching Bay and a Sandblasting Bay. After the products are finished, they are either stored in the racks in our yard or loaded for delivery in the loading area. Our site also contains over an acre of storage for raw materials. This allows us to purchase sand and stone up-front in order to maintain color control of our raw material.

While our facility gives us the opportunity to excel, it is only achieved through the hard work and dedication of our employees. Our employees are meticulous and experienced craftsman who take pride in their work and in the company’s quality. We have a great advantage of having many long-tenured and knowledgeable employees, (some for over 50 years) who have dedicated their working careers to Arban & Carosi.
